De DEMCON Marathon en Movella Halve Marathon starten beide om 10.00 uur. De kopgroep en de hele snelle lopers van de hele marathon lopen in op de halve marathonlopers en passeren deze.
Er gelden daarom een aantal regels
– Voor iedereen geldt: let op de snelle achterop komende kopgroep van de marathon. Zij hebben altijd voorrang.
– Zorg dat je als halve marathonloper links op de weg en niet in groepen naast elkaar loopt, zodat je ruimte kunt maken voor de kopgroep en snelle marathonlopers
– Houd rekening met elkaar en geef elkaar de ruimte!
Op belangrijke punten staan onder andere verkeersregelaars, medewerkers van de organisatie en/of juryleden om aan te geven waar je naartoe moet, maar let zelf ook altijd goed op.
Kruising Waalstraat – Voortsweg
De marathon gaat in de tweede ronde rechtsaf naar de Waalstraat. De halve marathonlopers op het parcours lopen rechtdoor. Er staat hier een tekstkar.
Boulevard 1945 vanaf Holland Casino – finish
Zodra de kopgroep van de marathon eraan komt, ga je als halve marathonloper naar de linkerkant van de weg. Dit wordt door middel van afbakening met afzetlint en pylonnen aangegeven.

The DEMCON Marathon and Movella Half Marathon both start at 10:00 a.m. The leading group and the very fast runners of the DEMCON marathon will catch up with the half marathon runners and pass them.
There are therefore a number of rules
– Everyone must pay attention to the fast runners coming up behind in the lead group of the marathon. They always have priority.
– Make sure that as a participant of the half marathon you run on the left side of the road and not in groups, so that the leading group and the fast marathon runners can easily pass you.
– Be considerate of each other and give each other space!
At important points, there will be traffic controllers, organisation staff and/or jury members to indicate where you should go, but always pay attention yourself.
Intersection Waalstraat – Voortsweg
The marathon turns right in the second round to the Waalstraat. The half marathon runners go straight ahead. A text wagon will state this.
Boulevard 1945 from Holland Casino – finish
As soon as the leading group of the marathon arrives, the half marathon runners move to the left-hand side of the road. This is indicated by means of barrier tape and pylons.
